What is included
Four hour rental window — an hour of setup/breakdown for a 3 hour event
Parking — 2 hour free validated parking at Remington Row
Use of our in-house furniture
Flexible vendor policy — open to any insured vendors
Exclusive use of the space for your event
On-site Event Manager — can oversee vendor load in and assist with on-site purchases
Rates & Rental Windows
Weekends $750 — Friday & Saturday 6 to10PM or 6:30 to 10:30PM, Sunday 9AM-1PM*
Mondays & Tuesdays — $600, any 4 hour window from 9AM to 9PM*
Wednesdays & Thursdays — $650 — 5 to 9PM*
*Includes 1 hour of setup/breakdown. Events shorter than 3 hours will still be charged the 4 hour rate

FAQ
Can I bring food on-site?
You are welcome to bring your own food or hire an on-site caterer for your event. Use of upstairs kitchen is permitted (counter space, oven, fridge, outlets for food warmers).
Can we have music?
You are welcome to use our in-house speaker system by linking with bluetooth. We also allow acoustic music, no drumsets.
What if I have rentals?
We are able to receive rentals during normal business hours with advance notice. Please contact us directly after booking to confirm and arrange drop off and pick up.
Can I still host at B.Willow if my event is happening outside of the hours listed as available rental hours?
Absolutely. We would need to craft a custom quote for you to use the space outside of our normal rental hours. Reach out to us directly to make that happen.
